COME TO FALL FESTIVAL!
Dear Families
We are excited to invite you to our annual Fall Festival on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 9:30–11:00 a.m. This is our first campus-wide celebration of the school year, and we can’t wait to spend the morning together as a community!
Festival activities will be set up on both sides of Malvern Ave — along the front of the school buildings and inside the fieldhouse. When you arrive, you’ll receive a map to help you explore all the fun stations at your own pace.
We’ll also be hosting a costume contest in the fieldhouse (optional, of course!). Awards will be given to:
- 2 Early Childhood students
- 2 Primary students
- 2 Secondary students
- 2 STRIDE students
And 1 for Best Family Costume
Feel free to join the fun and dress up in school-friendly costumes alongside your child if you’d like!
All activities are completely optional — you and your child can choose what feels most enjoyable. We will also have indoor and outdoor sensory-friendly spaces available for students who prefer a quieter experience.
When you arrive, please stop by to check in with our security team and pick up your identification sticker. After that, you are welcome to join your child for the celebration.
Please fill out and return the attached form to let us know if you’ll be attending.
We hope to see you there and look forward to a festive and fun-filled morning together!
Warmly,
The Fall Festival Committee
NEVIL FIELDHOUSE CLOSED ON NOVEMBER 4 (ELECTION DAY)
As in the past, the Nevil Fieldhouse will be a polling site on Tuesday, Nov.4.
READ ALL ABOUT IT! THE HUSKY HERALD IS HERE!
We’re thrilled to share the very first edition of the Husky Herald — a new quarterly email newsletter from our Development and Communications Office.
The Husky Herald will keep you connected to everything happening at Overbrook — from inspiring student achievements and innovative programs, to the incredible impact of our supporters and community.
In this first issue, you’ll find stories from our Taking Flight campaign, highlights of students excelling in academics, athletics, and career readiness, and a look at how our school continues to grow and thrive.
We hope the Husky Herald will be your window into life at Overbrook — and an open invitation to stay engaged, share our story, and be part of the next chapter in our journey.
